Refund policy
Cancellations
All order cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour after the time of purchase. An order cannot be cancelled once in production.
Returns
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. If approved, buyers will be responsible for paying their shipping costs for returning the item. The item must be shipped out within 7 days from the return approval, a tracking number must be provided.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All custom orders or commissions, once in production, are not able to be returned or refunded.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns are to be sent to the address given in response to the return request.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received, your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank/credit union's processing times.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank or credit card company, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
