Shipping policy

All items except for greeting cards, stickers, and original paintings are made-to-order and will have the processing times listed in the description. For made-to-order items, any cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour after the time of purchase; an order cannot be cancelled once it is in production.

All items will be shipped out within 2-3 days unless otherwise stated in the item description.

USPS will be used as the primary shipping service. Shipping upgrades will be available at checkout for certain items.

Tracking info will be provided for all orders.
